Join Matthew Domingo of Wilder Projects and Momentum River Expeditions on a farm to table style wilderness gourmet river trip. Called “The best meal in the middle of nowhere” by the Oregonian the trips are a unique and amazing way to experience wilderness rivers, remarkable artisan meals featuring food and wine from the Oregon, and highlight and support local farming.

Matthew Domingo, formally of Farm to Fork Events and now the founder of Wilder Projects, has been dedicated to strengthening and expanding a community of engaged, adventurous, and experience-hungry travelers since 2010. In that spirit, Wilder Projects creates exceptional culinary experiences in unique urban spaces, agri-tourism rich rural environments, and epic wilderness areas that highlight local farmers, local chefs, local artisans, and local outfitters.

Mathew will be chef and host of each trip. Every afternoon we will float into our river side camp and enjoy three course dinners paired with local wines. The dinners will be served under the stars in our “wilderness dining room” and be inspired by the local harvest and will feature local meats and produce.
