"What just might be the best commercial rafting company in North America. The trips are spectacular beyond description, the guides are the best of the best, the food is incomparable, and the customers are treated like royalty."
To all our past and present guests - Thank You!  At the end of every year we sift through the emails and the photos from all of you and it never fails to give us goose bumps, it never fails to make us happy (and a little sad), and it never fails to remind us of the power and beauty of our wild places and, even more importantly, of the unique and remarkable people we are lucky enough to spend time with on the river every season. So, with your continued support, wonderful personalities, and adventurous spirits we will continue to keep and attract the best guides anywhere. We will continue to reshape the way river travel is run and to work towards setting the standard in trip quality and environmental responsibility. And we will continue to run rivers and add adventures that are the best in their class and that are off the beaten path. To all past and present guests a huge - "THANK YOU!" For those who have not been on a rafting trip with us below are some highlights and then a rolling list of testimonials as they come in from our guests. You can also check out TripAdvisor.com and Yelp.com for even more. Enjoy!

  • "Thanks again Anthony, you are the best! It was a perfect day! Thank-you, Denise"
  • "We booked a last minute day trip while vacationing in Oregon. Momentum was the only outfitter I was able to find that had a trip going out the following day (our only available day). We had a very knowledgeable guide (Jane) and driver (Anthony) who made the entire trip relaxing, safe, fun...a blast. My husband has had some bad experiences on the water, and I was concerned that he might be uncomfortable, but our guide's confident and laid back leadership style had him (and me) at ease."
  • "Our group has not stopped talking all week as to what a wonderful time we had on the river. There is already talk of putting together a trip for next summer. Can't wait!!! Marty and I had an awesome time. See you next year!! -Shannon "
  • "Thank YOU, Erik! You helped to make our day trip one that we'll all remember for the rest of our lives! We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the area and the power of the water---and had the most magnificent time running the rapids!!! Thank you again for all your hard work!!! We will gladly recommend you and the company for anyone who asks!!! Mahalo and Aloha!!!!"
  • "Jeff, thanks again for your fine boatmanship! Excellent job! We had a great time on the trip and will definitely recommend Momentum, the trip and you as captain to others. We have completed our slow re entry back to Alaska and the reality of working 8-5 in an office. Been out on few trail runs, Harley Rides and Mt bike rides but we have not surpassed the Klamath rafting adventure this year. -Todd"
  • "This was my 5th white water experience and by far the best. The rapids were big but the guide (Anthony) did a great job making us feel comfortable with them. I would love to book another trip with them!"
  • "Eric, Your knowledge and skill on the river was inspiring. The trip wouldn't been the same without you. With any luck we'll do another trip. -Jack"
  • "Thank you so much for your email ! I had a blast and will certainly be back the next time I visit ! -Maritza"
  • "Thank you for providing the employees of Jacksonville Inn with a wonderful and exciting day on the Upper Klamath River. The skills of the guides made each and every one of us comfortable on the river, and the food was definitely beyond our expectations. All in all, Momentum Expeditions is definitely a first-class operation and we will not hesitate to recommend your service to our guests. -Higgins "
  • "Dear Tyler, We had an incredible trip and are already talking about the next river to run. Appreciate all our guidance and laughter down the river. We had such a good time. Thanks again for putting together that little birthday cake for my husband, super thoughtful you and the Momentum team."
  • "We’ve owned a home on the Klamath River for 12 years now. It’s beautiful to watch “Old Man River” go by. But we see people boating the Klamath in rafts and kayaks, and we’ve always wanted to do that ourselves. So when our lawyer/mediator brother suggested he’d pay for a rafting trip on the Upper Klamath, to celebrate his wife's birthday, we jumped on board. There were just four of us on this raft, captained by our unbelievably strong thirty year old guide, Tyler. The long, intense rapids were ominous class threes and fours. Tyler was propped upright, leaning against a 2 by 6 in the back of the raft, wielding two massive oars, and we four terrified neophytes were hunkered down with paddles, two on each side of the boat, in front of him. When Tyler said “paddle,” it meant paddle like hell, because we were approaching or right in the middle of the most violently churning water we’ve ever seen. A lot of our paddling yielded nothing but air, since the boat was forced way up out of the water half the time during a class 4 rapid. But Tyler kept us safe and moving through the water. He had the most muscular upper body we’ve ever seen on a compact frame, and he needed every bit of his strength to push us through those rapids. If we had been able to relax and look around, the scenery would have been breathtaking. But we couldn’t really enjoy it at the time, as we were always tensing for the next rapid or trying to rest leg and foot muscles that we had brutally wedged into the boat to keep from being thrown from the raft into the teaming surf. Three of us actually did fall back into the raft at least once."
