When we began doing rafting trips in Idaho we had a big food challenge. The huge areas of wilderness that Idaho is famous for made doing our meals in the “Momentum style” a little daunting – Idaho has amazing food, but it is not as centralized as it is at our home base in Ashland Oregon! However after a long search we got really lucky with Breann at Salmon River Food Packs. She took all our strange and picky requests in stride and was immediately on board with our quest to keep things as local and organic as possible.
