Thanks to all who joined us (and for those still to come) for an amazing season in Southern Oregon and Northern California! We had HUGE spring water, the perfect levels on the Upper Klamath all summer, great weather, and most importantly wonderful people to share it with. Fall On The Klamath River:
The water is still big (dam released), the weather is beautiful, the rivers are un-crowded, and the wildlife is everywhere. September is a perfect time for rafting the Upper Klamath and Lower Klamath (for some of us our favorite time). Starting September 6th we will offer a 15% discount for groups of 6 or more on all fall trips.
We also still have room on our “Yoga on The River” trip on the Lower Klamath Sept 17th – 18th. We can’t think of a more relaxing way to spend a weekend.

Chile 2006 (this winter)!!- Patagonia’s Rio Futaleufu:
Join us for a journey into the heart of Patagonia! The trip includes:

We will also be presenting a slide show on Chile’s diverse landscapes, on Patagonia, and on the Futaleufu valley the last week in September. We will show it in the Ashland area and, if there is interest, in Portland and San Fran. Call or e-mail if you are interested in attending.

New Trips For Next Year: (we’re excited about these)
- A Teen Rafting Camp: 4 or 5 days in the 3rd or 4th week in June. Participants will raft and inflatable kayak the Lower Klamath River. They will learn guiding, wilderness travel, and outdoor cooking skills.
- The “Class V Spring Extravaganza”: It will include rafting the California Salmon, inflatable kayaking the south fork of the Salmon, rafting the Scott River, and a possible stay in a beautiful riverside lodge.
- New Rivers: This winter we will be working on adding a new spring multi-day stretch and a BIG class V summer option.

2006 Trip Dates:
Our 2006 multi-day trip schedule should be out in early December.

Erik’s First Descent in Tibet:
Erik Sol returns from a first descent in Tibet this week. There should be tons of stories and photos. We will be putting the them on our website soon. They will also probably be doing a slide show in the Ashland area.
