Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
The quality of our Northern California
and Oregon rafting trips is very important to us; that's why we
limit the number of people we can take on each trip. When we reserve
a trip for you, we are holding space on that trip and possibly
turning others away. Also, due to our small trip sizes, your participation
can be very important. Therefore, we have the following cancellation
policy:
- Cancellations received prior to the
final payment date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to
50% of the deposit amount.
- No refunds will be made after the final payment
date unless we are able to refill the space.
Non-Performance (if we cancel a trip):
We rarely cancel or change a trip. However,
we reserve the right to cancel or make changes to a trip if necessary
due to weather conditions, changes in water levels, insufficient
reservations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such
an event, you will receive a 100% refund. We are responsible only
for amounts actually paid to Momentum River Expeditions for services
we provide, and not for any other costs incurred by the trip member.
