Our Food

Local, organic, & served with a combination of style and wilderness practicality

We love food! For some of us, cooking is our second passion. Our food is homemade, diverse, and served with a combination of style and wilderness practicality. Whenever possible we use local and organic produce and free-range meats. We are lucky to live a region famous for its produce and local foods. We can safely say we serve the best meals in the area.

Here are just a few of the things past guests have said about our meals:

The food was unbelievable, better than some “fine” restaurants that I have ate at. Camping will never be the same after this trip”

“..what just might be the best commercial rafting company in North America. The trips are spectacular beyond description, the guides are the best of the best, the food is incomparable, and the customers are treated like royalty.”

“Momentum Rafting doesn’t do themselves justice. We were extremely pleasantly surprised with the great food, the small groups, the knowledge shared, and the amazing river!!”

“We had a blast. What a great white water trip! You and your crew were awesome. It was the best food of any river trip I have been on, especially your special french toast. The “feed your friends fondue feast” was great. All the special touches did not go unnoticed and the river sauna was a first for me. I LOVED IT!”

“I am just writing to let you know that we had such a mind-boggling time on the Upper Klamath! Everyone was consistently talking about how great of trip it was, and how the FOOD WAS AMAZING! Moreover and most important the staff (Anthony, Glenn, Adam, Julie and Derrick) who were just unbelievably super!”
